			# Rockchip DDR Test Tools 使用说明

			在DDR_UserTool_v1.41测试工具文件夹中内容如下

			1. 双击打开DDR_UserTool.exe

			2. 连接开发板的烧录线，并进入LOADER烧录模式，此时软件会显示发现一台设备

			3. 选择对应的测试文件，点击测试文件按钮，在弹出的测试文件的文件夹中选择对应的测试文件进行测试

			例如测试2GB2的DDR内存，则选择测试文件 4GB DDR4(用1个CS且由2片1Gb×16bit组成)焊接检测.cfg*

			4. 点击开始测试，软件会对DDR的焊接情况进行测试
